The role of the CRC in the context of the liberalised postal market

"The project aims to promote the role of the Communications Regulatory Commission in the field of postal services liberalisation.
Activities:
- Review of Community legislation regarding postal matters.
- Assessment of Bulgarian postal legislation and the degree to which it complies with Directives 97/67/EC and 2002/39/EC, and the introduction of the necessary recommendations to bring it into line with Directive 2008/6/EC.
- Increase the capabilities of the CRC as a regulatory authority by providing experience in processing the legal and regulatory aspects proposed in a liberalised market."
