The aim of this EU-funded project is to encourage the development of a competitive electronic communications market in Bulgaria by fostering and promoting the capacities of that country’s Telecommunications Regulatory Commission.
The actions to be performed include the identification and analysis of existing problems in relation to efficient competition in all relevant markets within the EU and Bulgaria.
