"Strengthening of the National Youth System in Colombia through the promotion of civil society / State dialogue in relation to violence, justice and the fundamental rights of young people.

Objectives:
- To analyse and propose public policies from the comparative perspective to address the relationship between young people and violence, justice and participation. From the perspective of civil society and State action.
- To support the generation of knowledge in the young by linking Spanish think tanks and youth organisations in support of the National Youth Knowledge Network.

Results:
National officials, youth civil society and partners of the national, regional and local process of the "Strengthening the National Phase II Youth System" Project with capacity and criteria to define public policies on youth. "
