Twinning programme funded by the European Union to strengthen geospatial data management and the interoperability capacity of the Belarusian Land Registry Agency (LRA).
Over two years, the General Directorate of the Spanish LRA and the Dutch LRA are to carry out an exchange of experiences programme with the Belarusian National LRA to improve the interoperability management of geospatial data. The programme seeks to achieve greater integration and connection with spatial data from other countries in accordance with the principles of harmonisation established in European directives (INSPIRE).
The Spanish National Geographic Institute (CNIG) and FIIAPP will also be collaborating in the programme, with the latter taking on its administrative and financial management.
