The project is working to unblock the Haitian Administration and lay the foundations for the proper management of international cooperation flows from the country's ministerial departments.
To achieve this goal, around 20 experts will be allocated to 20 Haitian ministerial departments whose main mission is to assist these departments to prepare operational plans in accordance with available resources and in accordance with priorities established by the national development agenda.
