FIIAPP is managing this project funded by the European Commission which, with the collaboration of experts from the Spanish Attorney General's Office and the General Council of the Judiciary, aims to strengthen the capacities of Serbia's High Council of the Judiciary and Public Prosecutor's Office by improving their professionalism, management, and technical capacities in the interest of more efficient and effective administration of justice.
In recent years, Serbia has implemented various reforms in the judicial sector to strengthen the independence, professionalism, responsibility, administration, and management of its judicial system. The objective of this project is to improve the capacities of the judicial system and improve the processes for evaluation and promotion of judges and prosecutors.
