Reinforcing the Structures and Operations of the Legal and Judicial Investigation Centre
Algeria
The project aims to support the creation of a training center, research and legal documentation (CRJJ) that improves the capabilities of drafting laws and other legal acts in Algeria. This center will assume some of the powers that are vested in Spain Barcelona Judicial School and the Center for Legal Documentation (Cendoj) of San Sebastian, both under the General Council of the Judiciary. At project completion, the CRJJ must have a strategic plan, an editorial line defined communication policy and multi-year action plans for training and legal research.
