Este proyecto de cooperación financiado por la Comisión Europea y en cuya gestión colabora la FIIAPP tiene como fin apoyar al equivalente del Instituto Nacional de Estadística de España en Angola para modernizar sus planes anuales y plurianuales de estadísticas nacionales.
Además, durante sus 40 meses de desarrollo, establecerá los procedimientos y canales de comunicación con otros departamentos de la administración que generan o utilizan datos estadísticos y formará a su personal en el manejo de nuevas tecnologías.
