Institutional Support from the Bulgarian Data Protection Commission

The goal of this project, which is being financed by the European Union, is to support the administration of the Bulgarian Data Protection Commission, as well as the conditions for the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Law.
Activities are thus being carried out to ensure the adoption and application of the Community acquis and implement good practices in the prevention of Personal Data Protection violations.
Experts from the Spanish Data Protection Agency are working with their counterparts in different areas: human resources, IT systems, inspection, and public awareness.
