Improving the capacity of civil enforcement offices in Türkiye
This project aims to contribute to increasing the trust of Turkish citizens in the judiciary by ensuring that court enforcement services operate in an effective, impartial and predictable manner. To this end, it supports the development and implementation of a new model of pilot enforcement offices.
The project links the Ministries of Justice of Turkey and Spain, which are working to develop and extend an innovative civil enforcement organisational concept through a new model of law enforcement offices that applies economies of scale and scope. The new model of enforcement offices is based on the concentration of enforcement tasks in a single office, specialising and standardising practices.
