Final Evaluation of Phase I of the Civil Society Fund and contribution for the identification and formulation of the following programme
Ethiopia
This project, framed in Lot 7 of the European Commission, has two priority objectives: evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of Phase 1 of the CFS programme and to advise the Government of Ethiopia, the European Commission and other interested parties in order to strengthen the institution, making recommendations for Phase II of the aforementioned programme. Furthermore, on the basis of this evaluation, identification and formulation, and in collaboration with the most influential non-state actors, the following programme design—financed under the 10th EDF—is to be carried out for the institutional support of non-state agents in Ethiopia.
