Ukraine
The European Union is supporting Ukraine's digital transformation and its harmonisation with the EU Digital Single Market. Through the EU4DigitalUA programme, work is being carried out on issues such as the digital transformation, cybersecurity and data protection, the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and the development of broadband.
The programme covers six areas: Interoperability and public digital infrastructure, training the administration in electronic governance policies, communication and awareness, the development of e-services, cybersecurity and data protection and the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement on telecommunications as well as offering support to the government in developing broadband.
FIIAPP is participating in this programme together with the Estonian e-Governance Academy (EGA). The project works with Spanish institutions such as the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, the State Secretariat for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence and the State Secretariat for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures.
