The main goal of this project, which is being financed by the European Union, is to analyse the existing judicial system in Poland based on the Community acquis, and to support the Polish authorities in implementing changes to improve the way the courts and tribunals in the country function.
The training of Polish judges, for example, is one of the most important tasks for the country’s judicial system.
