The objective of the programme being funded by the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) is to help the Senegalese authorities reduce and contain the exodus of possible illegal immigrants to Europe which could result in a state of crisis.
This objective will be achieved through improving the Senegalese authorities’ capacity to help with and manage migratory flows.
